Applied Behavior Analysis therapy rooted in compassion, excellence, and community.
Built on Community. Driven by Heart.
A Plus ABA was founded by Chloe (Elisheva) Wise, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 8 years of hands-on ABA experience. As a locally owned practice, we understand the values, culture, and needs of the families we serve. We are more than a therapy provider — we are neighbors, and we are invested in your child’s journey from day one.
At A Plus ABA, we hold ourselves to the highest clinical standards and rigorous compliance practices — because every child deserves care that is not only effective, but ethically grounded and professionally accountable.
Evidence-based ABA practices personalized to every child’s unique needs and goals.
We partner with parents and caregivers every step of the way — you are part of the team.
Proudly serving the greater Baltimore Jewish community — locally owned and deeply committed.
Our compassionate and highly trained RBTs receive ongoing supervision, clinical training, and support to provide consistent, individualized, high-quality care for every child.
Chloe Wise is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with many years of experience helping children build meaningful skills across home, school, and community settings. She is known for her compassionate approach, strong clinical insight, individualized care, and close collaboration with families, schools, and other providers. Chloe remains actively involved throughout each child's care while training and supporting behavior technicians to help ensure consistent, high-quality services.
Ariella oversees our commitment to high clinical standards and rigorous compliance across all aspects of care. Her leadership ensures that every program, every session, and every interaction meets the strictest professional and ethical guidelines — so families can trust that their child's therapy is held to the highest standard.
We deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy across a range of service areas — meeting your child and family exactly where you are.
Our BCBAs and behavior technicians work directly within your child’s school setting, collaborating with teachers and staff to support skill development, social integration, and behavioral goals in the classroom.
Therapy delivered in the comfort of your own home, targeting daily living skills, communication, and behavior in the environment where your child spends the most time. Families are active partners in every session.
Research shows the earlier intervention begins, the greater the impact. We provide intensive ABA therapy for young children, building foundational communication, social, and learning skills during the critical developmental window.
We equip parents and caregivers with the tools, strategies, and confidence to support their child’s progress outside of sessions — because the most powerful therapy happens in everyday moments at home.
We collaborate closely with your child’s full care team — including speech therapists, occupational therapists, school personnel, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other providers — to ensure a unified, consistent approach to your child’s goals.
